Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and saute’ the tofu with one crushed garlic for a couple of minutes
  2. Add the broccoli and remaining garlic to the pan and cook for further 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Divide the tofu and broccoli dish into two meals. Dish one serving and sprinkle half of the feta over the top. Season with Himalayan salt and pepper
  4. Refrigerate the leftover tofu and broccoli dish and feta for tomorrow’s lunch
