Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and puree.
Pour into a glass loaf pan and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Nut Milk Layer
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Blend milk, sweetener, and gelatin mixture until smooth. Pour on top of the raspberry gelatin. Add the Chocolate Raspberry Coconut Truth Bar on top to mix – OR - place in refrigerator for additional 4 hours and add Truth Bar to top as a garnish.
To serve, you may want to cut into slices as a loaf or into squares. Either way, it will taste great!
