Instructions
  1. Begin by pouring the sesame seeds on a plate. Gently press the salmon on the sesame seeds onto one side only.
  2. Separately combine the tamari sauce, grated ginger and sesame oil (from the sesame salmon ingredients) into a small bowl.
  3. Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and place the salmon in the frying pan. Pour the dressing over the salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Once cooked set aside.
  4. Using the same fry pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and saute the onion with garlic and ginger for a few minutes. Add the bok choy and broccolini and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes. Pour the tamari sauce over the top.
  5. Divide the Asian greens into two serves. Dish one serving of the greens on a plate. Add one piece of salmon next to the greens.
  6. Refrigerate the remaining Asian greens and salmon for tomorrow’s lunch.
